Welcome to Glenrowan, a small town located in the northeastern part of Victoria, Australia. It's a place steeped in history and filled with fun and excitement throughout the year, particularly during the different seasons. Whether you're a local or visitor, here are some events you wouldn't want to miss:

SPRING:

1. Glenrowan Farmers Market - This market takes place every third Sunday of the month at the Memorial Park from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. You can expect to find some of the freshest produce from around the region, along with artisanal crafts and delectable treats.

2. Ned Kelly Weekend - This annual event honors the most infamous bushranger of Australia's history, Ned Kelly. Held over a weekend in September, there are various activities such as reenactments, markets, live music, food stalls, carnival rides, and more.

3. Spring Racing Carnival - For horse racing enthusiasts, the Spring Racing Carnival is a must-attend event. It's held at the nearby Wangaratta Turf Club, and there are several race days to choose from.

SUMMER:

1. Glenrowan Kelly Country Pick - An annual music festival that features some of the best bluegrass and folk musicians in the country. The festival usually takes place in late January.

2. Mokoan Music Festival - This music festival is held in nearby Winton and showcases a range of music genres and performers. There are also local food and drink vendors, camping grounds, and art installations.

3. Glenrowan Skate Park Series - For those who enjoy extreme sports, the Skate Park Series is an annual event that attracts both amateur and professional skaters. The ramps and obstacles are set up in the Glenrowan Skate Park, and there are various categories and prizes to be won.

AUTUMN:

1. Tastes of Rutherglen - Just a short drive away from Glenrowan is the Rutherglen wine region. During the Tastes of Rutherglen event, several wineries open their doors to visitors, offering wine tastings, food pairings, and tours.

2. Myrtleford Festival - The annual Myrtleford Festival is a celebration of the town's community spirit and cultural diversity. There are parades, markets, live music performances, rodeo, and more.

3. Ned Kelly Weekend - The Ned Kelly Weekend festivities continue during autumn, with heritage walks, historical talks, and various other activities that delve into the life and legend of the outlaw.

WINTER:

1. Wangaratta Jazz Festival - Renowned as one of Australia's top jazz festivals, the Wangaratta Jazz Festival is held annually in late October/early November. Musicians from around the world perform in the streets and venues of Wangaratta.

2. Bright Autumn Festival - Another nearby town that comes alive in winter is Bright, known for its autumn leaves and wineries. The Bright Autumn Festival features markets, live music, street performers, food and drink, and a grand parade.

3. Glenrowan Tavern Trivia Night - Beat the winter blues with a fun night of trivia at the Glenrowan Tavern. The event takes place every Thursday evening, and it's a great way to mingle with locals and test your general knowledge.
